Goodwood Festival of Speed 2011

This isn’t going to be much of a blog post. Better motoring journalists than I have covered this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed so I’m just going to post up some photos instead.

Suffice to say, it’s a fantastic day out and the range of cars to gawp at is truly stunning. Highlights for me included Ken Block’s (of gymkhana fame) demonstration of his skills in the paddock before launching his rally car into an enthusiastic sideways track entrance, the array of beautiful E-Type Jaguars and the Gasoline Alley display of racing cars old and new. Oh, and the supercars. And the F1 track driving. And the Porsche CafĂ© Le Mans. Oh, and just everything really.
